When looking at the opening frame of the blog, what first and foremost intrigues the viewer is its very organized format, neutral colors consisting of white and pink tones which aid in the simplicity of the blog, and clear font. Along with this, the blog is organized by titles consisting of “How to get to Tomorrowland 2016” and “how much is tomorrowland?”, followed by subtitles of popular questions viewers may have associated with these topics. Within these specified topics, the blog highlights keywords and topics that the viewer is able to click on and thus take them to another page associated with these topics.
However, the blog is displayed in a very simple and organized format, there are a considerable amount of ads on the sides which in turn distracts the reader from this simple presentation and overall giving the blog a more cluttered look. Although the topic of discussion included detailed information regarding prices, numbers and places, the personal pictures that were implemented within these topics have little association with both the topic of discussion and the festival, which ultimately draws away the viewer from the organized style and her overall credibility.
When first viewing this blog, the first thing that draws in the viewer is again, the presentation and organizational style of the blog. Although this blog consists of simple black text with a white background which ensures simplicity, the pictures contain vibrant colors, stages, lights in which give off a lighthearted and exciting presentation. Along with this, all pictures are associated with the topic of discussion, which keeps the viewer interested as it prevents getting lost in the blog post.
Along with this, the body of the text displays titles of the bloggers experience of Tomorrowland, consisting of step by step details such as “Checking in”, “Pre-Party”, “The Official Party Begins” etc., ultimately portraying that this is a personal blog about her experience, rather than informational. However, although well organized and very detailed by step-by-step processes, there are little links to keywords and hot topics which limits the viewers convenience and ultimately accessibility to further explore other topics on the blog. Regarding ads, there is a minimal amount, which ultimately aids in a minimal distraction of the reader and a clean display of the blog itself.
